“Raspberry, red cherry, cranberry and hints of smokey oak aromas with bright red berry fruits and nuances of star anise on the palate. A long, savoury chalky finish with red berry flavours lingering.

Rosé is the ideal wine to drink with tapenade or a salad Nicoise, a paella, seared salmon, grilled chicken, tuna or duck. It is also enjoyable with rustic pate’s and terrines, charcuterie and white rinded cheeses such as Camembert and Brie.”
